On 31.05.2016 i applied for my marriage certificate through Akshaya, and the same day i went Pulpally grama panchayath with the documents, the time was 3.05 pm they told today they cant Receive the file because time is over. Next day Morning 10 AM i reached with my wife and submitted my documents, i told them about my problems we both are working in chennai if possible please provide the certificate today or tomorrow, the executive told i am little busy with salary work i[censored] dont mind please come tomorrow, i was ok with that, on the way i met secretary she was in office i requested to her also to provide as soon as possible, she also told that girl is little busy with salary work so please come 04.062016, i told them today we are leaving to chennai and we can come on 04.06.2016, on the particular day we reached over there, certificate is ready wait for few minits want Secretary sign, she was there at office she met me too, the executive went for getting the sign but she went out for a meeting she dosnt sing.then i asked the executive why she didt sign if you say i can also direct request no she knows we are working in chennai for the certificate only we came here, the excecutive told dont meet her she will scold us last week u went and meet her she didin't like that, so that is may be she didnt sign.then the executive told, u can send some one and collect the certificate later, if you have any urgent u can get it from online we disappointed and return to chennai on the day itself.But still now they are not updated the certificate online.i share this with my friends they also told that is why people are not registering Birth, marriage and Death.regarding this i send a letter to Kerala Cheaf Minister too, waiting for the replay.
