Grama Sachivalayam — money debited towards payment processing but still status of fee not paid

I applied for digital assistant post under grama sachivalayam.

While payment processing amount is debited from my account but status is still fee not paid.

I thought it was some network issue and amount will be refund soon, so i tried to pay one more time, even then also happened the same.

Payment 202.18 is done on 23 january
Payment 200 is done on 26 january

Total payment : 402.18

The help line numbers are also not working to communicate.

Please resolve the issue, many people are suffering because of this issue.

Please refund the amount.
