Grama Vikas Kendra — Fraud company, asking for verification purpose and laptop

Grama Vikas Kendra is a fraud company, most of the phone numbers have only out bound calls so we can't reach them, until they call us back. They have taken examination fee of 1705, documentation purpose for 4700/- and said will provide laptop and took 15900 as a security deposits. Now, there is no one is answering my calls.
