Grand Amanta (Grand Vivanta) — Fraud tour and travels packages | |||||
I was called at Hyatt chennai on08/11/22 were I meet there Salesman sudhir and abhijeet they provided us the package for 170000.00 for 10 years plus 5 year extension. We did this transaction from our credit card . They informed us that the interest and EMI amount for 24 months will be refunded once you provide your monthly statement. We have given all statement and other details but still there is no response till date. Also they told us for flight ticket worth rs 35000.00 which also there customer care team is denying customer care team name Firdous, Kanika, pawan singh aftab all are big fraud . They say they will provide 5 star property but this is total fraud. Even when u give them option of 10 hotels or property they will deny that they don't have tie up or no response., but will providing package their sale person will say they have tie up with all the major 5 star hotels and property. Can someone suggest the best possible way to get back our hard earned money from this fraud company Was this information helpful? | |||||

Working in this company are big id"iot*s. This company representatives are cheating innocent people. I followed up for services or cancellation of membership for 12 months. No one responses to calls or emails. I was following up with cheaters like Rahul Arora, Mahender, Aftab, Manisha, Ravi, Sudhir Kumar, Pankaj, Ananya, Abhijeet, Dinesh, etc.. This company must be banned and above bas*er_s must be punished in public.
These ba*^er*s have changed the name of the company.
