Grand Amanta Hotels owes me more Rs. 1, 00, 000/- rupees as I didn't want to continue with the club membership because it did not have any useful features. I last spoke to one Mr. Pawan Nigam ([protected]) asking for the refund in April 25, 2024. They asked me to raise the mail stating my concern. I sent the mail to their customer care mail ID- [protected]@grandamanta.in. They replied stating that they have escalated the management and that I can receive an update in 48 hours. Three months have passed, I have not received any response yet nor my money. Kindly do the needful.
