Grand Vivanta Vacations — Fraud, unethical behaviour , scam

I’ve paid 3.75 lacs for membership using credit card for 3 years no cost emi . However my bill is not converted to emi and I’m paying interest amount on non conversion . And no one from company is responding despite 100s of calls, mails, messages . Highly unethical behaviour, it’s causing us a lot of mental harm .
