Grand Vivanta Vacations Private Limited — False Commitments & Refund Still Awaited for more than 90days

In July'22, we have been invited in an event at Raddison Hotel (Paschim Vihar, Delhi) on 3rd July'22 where they have elaborated about their program and briefed about their services which seems convincing, and we got convinced.
Later on, they shared the details where things were missing, and many T&C's has been added up which seems bit suspicious to us.
Afterwards, we asked them to cancel and refund the same in given period of time as per prescribed T&C's, but they refused to do so.
Meanwhile, we contacted our bank and asked them to block/ cancel the transaction which was accepted by them in the beginning.
Later on, bank also charged back the same claiming merchant has declined even though all the documents and situation were elaborated to them completely.
Now, we are raising concern to your good self as we are helpless from all channels and afraid of losing our hard-earned money thus requesting you to please check and help us in such hard times.
