Gravity Infotech — Deducted amount in my account

Hi,

I am hdfc account holder, march month my account got deducted 177rs ("brn cash txn chgs incl gst") . I didn't receive any message or alert from you when i checked my account statement i came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behaviour about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.
