Great India Saree — wrong item received

Bought saree rich pink colour via online 1st june. Product received different colour on 8th june. Product is completely different than their add image. Sent back to them as perr address on my own cost and wrote an email to provided email id on same day itself. No response till today
Mobile number provide them also has no response when called.
I want my 1000/- cash back.
Pls strictly take action against them and to stop selling saree to other new customers.
This is a fraud company. No one should purchase online through this company
