[Resolved]  Great Indian Saree — sending cheaper product and not responding to return the product

I have ordered a saree costing 1149rs. The product that i received and the image was totally different so immediately i sent an email to return the product and even messaged the seller in whatspp to initiate the refund process. But there were no response. The person is reading my messages coming online but not responding to the messages. Earlier when i asked how to buy he replied but now after buying i messaged to refund but he is not responding. This is mere cheating and a cheap way of earning that doesn't go well at the end for them! Instead they can beg and earn money.

I have purchased a sari for Rs1149/-bit it was a fake product.Assured 5 days return policy in advertising.But now he is not responding in what's up and e mail and the phone is seen switched off.I nneed my money returned

I have ordered for attached saree and paid 1149 including 150 shipping charges to get such a low quality saree which is not more than 400, doncheat customers like this, either refund my amount or send correct saree

Today I have received my order. But the sari which I have ordered was not received rather than a cheap sari I have received I tried to contact through phone but nobody is responding. So please take some actopm against that company and block their ad. So that nobody got cheated hereafter. By god sake I didn't gave the address of the person for whom I thought of buying this saree if they received this saree what they will think of me.

Cheating many ppl. Why India name in ur website? Pls remove it and stop cheating ppl. And u have orders and deliveries in other countries also. Blaming India with ur site. Many sites r able to do right things in no time. I[censored] r not able to do things in right time close ur website. By seeing the name o[censored]r website many ppl tempted and booked. U r taking the advantage of this.

Pz help me for refund my money I have purchased dlightful orange color soft silk designer saree and order no -#170513and Cnd1051 but dis product not delivered to me and another quality color product transfer to me pz refund my money

Today I received my order.. I had ordered one but I received the another one.. It was a worst product not worth more than 300rs.. I sent the mail but no response.. Fake people.. Greatindiansarees are cheaters.. Please don't buy the products from this fake and cheapest people..

We ordered silk green saree with pink border we received cheap saree we paid 1149rs. Why this site is cheating customers. Why the consumer complaint board is silent with regarding this site. Donot encourage such site. They even not responding. These are real beggers in the society by cheating customers and earning money. If they are not really affordable they have to put the price without any discount we ordered saree based on good color combination not on money with less price . The consumer complaint board should react on this site try to close or tell them to provide good service to customers without paying cheap tricks
