Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority — Non payment of refund of Rs 53281/- collected by GNOIDA as GST during execution of lease deed for my Plot No C-406, SECTOR-3

Sir,
I was allotted a 200 Sq. Mtrs. Plot No C-406, SECTOR-3, GNOIDA in the year 2009, under Allotment No. XT00185634. In the year 2017 a Letter No Property/XT001/2017/ 99 dated 03 Nov.' 2017 was received from GNOIDA asking me to complete the registration of the plot by registering the Lease Deed Agreement, without handing over the possession of the plot to me. The lease deed amount intimated was inclusive of applicable GST charges of Rs. 53281/-. The execution of Lease Deed agreement and Registration of the plot was completed on[protected] in the office of GNOIDA authorities and The Registrar, GNOIDA. Subsequently as per the decision of the UP State Government, the GST was declared not applicable for residential properties. Accordingly GNOIDA authorities were supposed to refund the GST recovered from me. GNOIDA authorities accordingly on[protected] showed a entry

on the Allotte Accounts page of my records, being maintained on GNOIDA WEBSITE. But the same has not been refunded back to me till date by the GNOIDA. The matter has been pursued personally with GNOIDA office on number of occasions.
It is requested that GNOIDA authority may be asked to refund me back Rs 53281 along with 14% interest ( The rate at which they charge from a allotte) from[protected] till date.
