I bought a flat in rg luxury homes in 2012 in tower a, i was promised possession in march 2016 and then later changed the date to december 2016. Then no letters no correspondence, now the customer care does not answer phone calls, the builder says you cannot surrender your house and ask for refund.
So technically no refund & no possession
This is theft & harassment

Please share this.. So that the the chief minister o[censored]ttar pradesh realises that the builders like rajesh goyal are goons and not scared of the law or judiciary at all.
