Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — House tax paid online but receipts not accessible

I have paid house tax for following assessment nos :

1) [protected] (Rs 3748)
Transaction details : VIN/CFMSANDOTHD/[protected]/[protected]/

2) [protected] (Rs8094)
Transaction details : BIL/ONL/[protected]/StateBank/APFIND_VICI9761

(Both paid online via debit card on 18 Feb 2021)

However I am not able to view or download the receipts. FYI online transaction nos are:
