Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — no water

Sir,
We are not getting water for the past 3 yrs but despite going to the zonal offices no action had been taken of date. For what am i paying water taxes for ? Moreover my water tax has been changed to Commercial without any notice.Though i registered my complaint i saw that my application was not even put through.They asked me to apply again. So i did it.But again the complaint did not get registered.This is the way gvmc is working.They made me go from one office to another atleast 6 times but did not resolve the matter.we are forced to drink ground salty water or buy.
Resolve the matter immediately and return the water taxes i paid for which there was no service..property tax assessment number is [protected] water tax assessment 36911
