There is a pet beside our house a dog its owners are going on their works daily tyeing it to something and its been a lot of disturbance for all of our surrounding neighbors with the disgusting frequency of barking its barking all day long kindly please help us as we are getting disturbed with it carrying our day to day life activities as this is lockdown period and its been causing an immense problem noise pollution for studying for all o[censored]s as neighbours around it... Kindly rectify our problem as soon as possible
