Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation [GVMC] — Water supply to residence is near zero

now residing- Dr Ravi Venkatachelam
complaint -for nearly 2 years, very little water is coming. our next house also is not getting enough water. we are the last 2 houses in this line. From about 2 weeks, water is nearly zero amount coming.
the municipal staff dug and saw the line but could not find any defect. they said they have to put new line but so far not done anything.
please rectify immediately as we are facing severe water shortage crisis.
