The garbage collection van came to our house in the morning but they only collected the garbage from the ground floor and ignored us in the first floor despite request to collect, a cement concrete pole (50ft long) is uprooted and lying on the pavement beside our house

Updated by Vempati Venkata Gurucharan I'd like to clarify that there was rude behaviour from the garbage workers who didn't collect our garbage. Secondly there has been a electrical pole that's been lying on our pavement near our house for several weeks now
