Please take action against this fraudulent people

I had purchased 1 sarees from the website https://greatindiansaree.com, which appeared on my facebook newsfeed. The sarees I received are totally different from what I ordered, delivered fake product, I have been calling, messaging, mailing the website since then. Also whatsapped them and tried doing whatsapp calling, they just do not respond anywhere.
*****I figured out that the fraudulent beautifulsarees.com is now trading in the name of beautiful indian sarees many has got cheated by greatindiasarees.com*******
Slowly, i figured out these are fradulent sites selling sarees under various names. There are many such web links they provide in their newsfeed which directs you to an e-commerce website photos of lovely sarees. The photos/images they put of the product is totally different from what is delivered.
The website says they are based in Surat, not sure if that is true. The numbers they have provided are - [protected] and [protected].
Please see if these people can be booked and put behind bars. They need to be punished for duping and cheating innocent people
