Green Berry Services And Marketing — Product not same as described by the company representative

Dear sir,
I have purchased greenberry u4 mobile phone through bill no105 delivery challan no29712
dated 04/04/2017
And order no. 70093201.
But the product is not same as it is written / spoken on phone .
Basically there was telephonic conversation between me and the representative who described
the product and accordingly i pay Rs4500/00 in cash.
He said if i buy this mobile now i will be given a free add on basic phone.I agreed to it .
Even the box was also printed with the same description but the mobile phone was not the same .

After finding the difference i callled back the dealer they said that they will arrange
some courier man next day and money will be refunded but courier man never came nor do
