To,
The Concerned Authority,
We, GFSPL, hereby submit this formal complaint against CreditQ Company for continuous harassment through excessive automated and IVR calls.
Our company is receiving more than 30 calls per day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The calls are being made from different mobile numbers each time, primarily through IVR systems. In the last two weeks alone, we have blocked more than 1, 000 numbers, yet the calls continue unabated.
We would like to raise the following serious concerns:
On what authority is CreditQ permitted to harass individuals or companies with such excessive calling?
How are telecom service providers issuing and allowing the use of multiple rotating numbers for mass IVR harassment?
Why is no action being taken despite clear misuse of telecom infrastructure?
These repeated calls are causing severe mental harassment, operational disturbance, and loss of productivity to our organization.
We hereby request:
Immediate investigation into CreditQ’s calling practices.
Immediate suspension/blocking of all numbers used for this harassment.
Strict regulatory action against misuse of telecom resources.
Written confirmation of action taken.
If this issue is not addressed urgently, we will be compelled to pursue further legal remedies under applicable telecom and harassment laws.
Kindly treat this complaint as urgent and take necessary action at the earliest.
Sincerely,
For GFSPL
