I have ordered an office chair from The Green soul ergonomics PVT LTD, I am facing issues with the tilt mechanism of the product and lumbar support is not good as they promised, I raised complaint for the same, instead of physical examination they arranged a video call confirmation, After video call connects The company representatives are not accepting the failure of the product design, I'm facing back pain and discomfort while using their Jupiter pro ergonomic office chair, I asked for exchange or return for the failed product. they don't have any service centre and customer support is not Good.
