We made the mistake of trusting Green Tree Immigration (GTI) through their Kochi branch for our Canada PR process and paid ₹1.37 lakhs of our hard-earned money, only to experience false promises, no progress, and unresponsive service. The assigned officers — Akshay J (Lead Case Officer), who was irresponsible and non-responsive; Ms. Anandhi Srinivasan (Process Executive), who was unhelpful and provided no genuine support; and Ashish Anand (Assistant Branch Manager), who made several promises but failed to act — all displayed poor professionalism and zero accountability. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no communication or progress on our case. When we requested a refund, the company refused and sent a generic email stating refunds are “not applicable under any circumstances, ” even though no actual service was initiated. This is unethical, misleading, and exploitative. Green Tree Immigration traps clients with unclear terms and poor service, refusing refunds once they receive payment.
