I have purchased 10 katha lands from abovementioned Company. They have given a catchy name of their project as "Amrita Village". All payment were made long ago. As per contract, they were supposed to give me possession by 2017. After that 5 years have passed. They couldn't do any development of the land. Hence they couldn't give me possession.
Please advise whether my hard earned money would be looted like this! Should I complain to police or should I go to court!
I want to get back back all the payment that I made.
