I purchased Optima electric scooter from them. My scooter had Motor problem and let the scooter for service on 10 Jan 2024. They recommended Motor replacement and told me that they will inform once they received Motor. But now 4 months crossed.
On 30 Mar 2024, the scooter stopped working. I let the vehicle for service. On that day dealership is asked Rs. 500/- for giving temporary solution. Next day they asked Rs. 250/- extra for delivery of scooter. After three days they demanded Rs. 4, 000/- extra by saying the controller is not working. I am not sure whether this is true or not.
Now my scooter is with them. Still they are saying they will inform me when the Motor comes. Since we purchased scooter from them, I hope it is their duty to get the Motor replacement. Was this information helpful? |
