Unhygienic Seating and Poor Cleanliness on NueGo Bus – 08-08-25 | PNR 10270159
I traveled on 08 August 2025 via a NueGo electric bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate at 2:30 PM.
My PNR was 10270159, and I was allotted Seat No. 2-D. To my shock and disappointment, the seat was covered in black dust, making it unusable in its original condition. Despite being marketed as a premium service, there was no visible cleaning or hygiene maintenance.
I had to self-clean the seat using tissues and cloth before sitting, which was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I have photo evidence of the condition before and after cleaning.
This kind of negligence is against the promised service standards of NueGo and creates a poor experience for passengers who trust the brand for comfort and cleanliness.
I request NueGo to review onboard maintenance protocols and ensure proper pre-departure hygiene checks. Passengers deserve better.
If no prompt action is taken, I will be compelled to escalate this further through National Consumer Helpline and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways channels.
