I purchased a car policy from GIBL.IN (GreenLife Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.) on 3rd Feb, 2017. The GIBL reference no. is "@MPNEW[protected]".
There is no response from GIBL team after I paid the money. It seems they do not have any responsibility after selling a policy. There are following problems in the policy :
1) Spelling of my name is wrong in the policy due to GIBL's negligence.
2) My residential address is not as per the information provided.
3) My e-mail address is not mentioned in the policy.
4) Nominee details are missing in the policy.
5) The GIBL representative assured me that I will get back 10% cash, if I pay through card. But no cashback is received yet.
6) No Road Side Assistance document received, which was promised.
I have done several follow-ups by e-mail, but they are not responding.
Hope they will respond now and resolve my issues.
