Case no. 257/2016 pending before thane civil court and criminal case no. Rcc no. 1030/2016 pending before vashi court against m/s. Greenscape developers
Hi everyone, i am mr. Baljeet singh, i have done joined venture with mr. Suresh ambavi waviya and mrs diya suresh waviya director of greescape developer pvt ltd on 16/12/2011.
I am baljeet singh owner of gurukripa basis in respect of plot number 4 sec 46 a nerul navi mumbai ad measuring 2064.75 sqmt jointly and equally 40 % partner in above project the residence.
He is not obeying that terms and condition of the agreement and hence i have filed criminal complain before the honorable jmfc cbd court bearing rcc number 1030/2016 and also file one more case civil application bearing number 257/206 before the honorable principle district judge thane under section 9 of the arbitration and constellation act for injection for temporary as well as permanent.
Without my concern which is illegal as per agreement therefor the public is here by cautioned against dealing with mr. Suresh kumar and mrs diya suresh wavia director of greenscape developer.
I am partner in that project whomever purchase the flats in above project is liable for his loss.
Andd therefore cant be held liable for the action of the either the perpetrators or their vic toms.
The purchaser in general advice not to be attracted by his word or any source of promises products.
Mr. Suresh patel is selling flats, shops without my consent and knowledge during the pendency of the above case. The buyers are on high risk of their money loss and only buyers shall incur loss after purchase.
Purchaser who invest in this flat will be responsible for their money.

I, Mr. Baljeet Singh Bhatia, Partner of a partnership Firm, M/s. Gurukripa Basis do hereby state and declare as under;
I, had posted the defamatory blog on the website www.consumercomplaints.in. My employeesviz; Mr. Wasim (id wasim 585), Suraj (id surajhudrabad) and Rajesh (Rajesh (id rajeshchikane) also on different dates had posted the same statement on the website www.consumercomplaints.in in the year 2018 against Mr. Suresh AmbaviWaviya (Patel) and Mrs. Diya Suresh Waviya, Directors of Greescape Developer Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai in respect of the civil dispute with respect to Plot No. 4 sec 46 A NerulNavi, Mumbai admeasuring 2064.75 square meters.
Accordingly, I had also filed Case No. 257/2016 before Thane Civil Court and Criminal Case No. RCC No. 1030/2016 pending before Vashi Court against M/s. Greenscape Developers. However, when the matter went into arbitration before Hon’ble Justice Mr. Anoop V.Mohta(Former), wiser counsel prevailed upon me and I realized my mistake. Thereafter both myself as Partner of M/s. Gurukripa Basis and Mr. Suresh AmbaviWaviya (Patel) as Directors of Greescape Developer Pvt. Ltd have amicably settled the dispute amongst ourselves and filed consent terms dated 8 December 2020 in the said arbitration and I have unconditionally withdrawn all the allegations made against Mr. Suresh AmbaviWaviya (Patel) and Mrs. Diya Suresh Waviya, Directors of Greescape Developer Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai. It is made clear that I am one of the investor with whom the conflict arose, which is now finally settled. Therefore, my employees have nothing to do with the dispute between the parties. Hence, I have only taken steps to delete the defamatory blogs.
I will like to point out that the defamatory blog posted by me on the website www.consumercomplaints.in in the year 2018 was removed by me immediately after we settled the dispute in the year 2020. However the said defamatory blog was also forwarded and further circulated by my employees Mr. Wasim (id wasim 585), Suraj (id surajhudrabad)and Rajesh (Rajesh (id rajeshchikane) from their respective ids. I am in the process of removing the said blogs also, however right now I am not having the email id and password of my employees and hence I am not able to delete the same. I have tried to contact them but I cannot establish contact with them. I undertake to remove the same as soon as possible.
Moreover I state and declare that the said defamatory blog posted by me on the website www.consumercomplaints.inwas posted in the heat of the moment and due to several misunderstandings between us about the terms and conditions. I further state and declare that the allegations of fraud and cheating made by me therein were not true. The dispute was totally of Civil Nature however I tried to give the same criminal angle by incorporating the allegations. I have withdrawn all the other complaints filed by me, however I am presently not in the position to remove the present blog due to non availability of email id and password of my employees.
Due tothe misunderstanding about the terms and conditions of our agreement, the dispute arose and the same is now settled by me. Whatever I had invested in the said project is secured by Mr. Suresh AmbaviWaviya (Patel) and Mrs. Diya Suresh Waviya, Directors of Greescape Developer Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai. I totally misunderstood the then situation and hence went into litigations. I tender my unconditional apology for posting such allegations and I take the full responsibility of the same. I urge the public at large that not to believe in any of the allegations made by me against Mr. Suresh AmbaviWaviya (Patel) and Mrs. Diya Suresh Waviya, Directors of Greescape Developer Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai. The matter is now fully and finally settled between the parties in every aspect.
