I had a bad experience with greentech kochi (http://greentechbuilders.in/).

I bought a house in kakkanad from them. Now i am in big trouble!!

The md anwar is a fraud guy & he asked me to pay advance using hawala! I said i will deal only in white & wanted receipt. He got angry & increased the advance for 5 lakhs rs.

I pay the money seeing a sample house! But he delayed much & i have to wait till 2016 for my house ready. 2 years waited.

Now there is a problem with foundation & my house is bented little. I asked them to fix this or give my money back. No action for 3 months. I shouted at them & he used his goons to beat me. He says police & court is in his control.

I contacted kerala builders forum & no-reply

Now i am moving to supreme court.
