Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Grian Technologies Private Ltd. (commonly known as Griantek) for fraudulent activities and failure to provide the services I paid for. I have been the victim of cheating and misrepresentation by the company, and I seek your intervention in resolving this matter.
Details of the Incident:
I had submitted three articles to Griantek for publication under their fast-track publication service, for which I made an advance payment of Rs. 45, 000 to Mr. Arun (Contact No: [protected]).
Mr. Arun assured me that the acceptance letter would be sent within 55 days from the submission. However, after the stipulated time passed, I received no response, and whenever I followed up, he only replied with vague statements like "I will check and update."
I decided to travel to Kochi to visit the office based on the address provided by Mr. Arun via WhatsApp: Edappally Junction, Nethaji Nagar, Edappally, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682021. However, upon reaching this address, I found no office at this location.
Despite calling Mr. Arun multiple times, he refused to take my calls. I also contacted Mr. Adith (General Manager, Contact No:[protected], but he did not respond. After persistent efforts, I finally located their office through a postman, who informed me that they had changed their company name to Neoline Info Solutions on V.P.M. Road, Edappally, Kochi.
When I visited the office, I met Mr. Kousu Noufal (Contact No:[protected] and raised my concerns about the status of my articles. He provided unsatisfactory responses, and I requested a refund. Mr. Noufal assured me that the refund process would take 30 days and sent me an email on December 3, 2024 (2:22 PM), stating that the refund for the rejected articles would be processed by the end of the month. However, since then, I have not received any communication, and my calls, messages, and emails have gone unanswered.
I have suffered not only financial loss but also significant mental distress due to the unprofessional conduct and fraudulent practices of Griantek. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter amicably, the company has failed to deliver on their commitments and has shown complete disregard for consumer rights.
