Griiham — Not responding on Product Exchange - Case of Customer Harassment

We purchased 15 pieces of jewellery items on 27th of July from Griiham Bangalore. We received defective pieces with worst quality items. We requested for an exchange and since then they have not been responding. They have been harassing us and not answering our calls. We are calling almost 5-6 times everyday since the date of return request which was on 1st of August. The total amount of exchange is INR 17, 325. I request the board to take strict disciplinary action on Griiham and Griiham has to pay our money back.
