I had submitted complaints many time to disable mobile alert charges
Icici looting customers with hidden charges - 2 transactions deducting 29.50 rupees at random dates from my icici account.
You people are making panic to someone in hard time (Covid-19 pandemic).
Amounts deducted in below mentioned dates

Icici bank current account! issue not resolved yet. I had personally visited bank in june 2020 and submitted written request to disable mobile alert messagesi had raised complaint in apr 2020 as well to disable mobile alert services in

I have all valid proofs. Kindly note that i have already said that i don't need stupid sms alerts i am not using this service. Even in your support mail you have given me a clarity that email id is registered for alerts. don't fool people. Was this information helpful? |
