I complaint against Groww for changing my SIP installment date from Dec 2024 to Nov 2024 without notification, resulting in penalty charges from SBI.
On 11 November 2024, Groww's chat support confirmed no installment was due in Nov 2024. However, Groww unexpectedly updated the date, leading to an unsuccessful debit attempt and penalty charges.
I request:
1. Compensation for penalty charges.
2. Directions to Groww to rectify the error.
3. Measures to prevent similar errors.
