Grt — gold manufacturer issues - still they not ready to replace or hear

Hi, grt jewellary in kammanahalli, banagalore store.

Here even the gold jewellery they sold to me. That is manufacture defect. People are not ready to replace or take return and not even having basic respect to the customers. Again they ask me to buy if need with current rate. But they taking my gold is old rate.
Really worst in terms of money minded people.
