Complaint

My family took a loan from Gruh Finance in the year 2015 of 5 lacs on a fixed interest of 12.70, Now in 2022 I had to file Taxation and I asked the bank which is now (Bandhan Bank) to share a statement and this is what I want to complain about
1. In the Covid-19 Monotorium period they charged a penalty of 18000 which is 3 monthly installments for me and if they would have mentioned about penalty I would have simply paid the installments
2. Where there is Fix Interest mentioned in the document why my interest in mid-years goes till 13.60% I have a written document from Bank
3. I am paying the installment of 6228 for the past 7 years now but, I am shocked that my principal amount is still 4, 66, 000 which is just 35000 less than the disbursed amount
4. They misplaced my signed checks twice
5. They don't have an easy way to access statements or pay installment
