Gsn — sewage water is mixing with drinking water

I am the resident of tondaiarpet, ioc, nedunzheliyan nagar, anna street, we are continuously having this drainage problem in front of my house quite long time, drainage water is mixing with drinking water, we have raised complaint, officials will come and see, but there is no solution for that almost more than four month (120 days), here all are paying water bill and drainage bill regularly, but still officials are not taken any steps.

When i raised complaint on oct 23rd, i received sms, but again i have received sms last week that my above complaint is closed like that. But still drainage is flowing in road and mixing with drinking water.

Please take the necessary action, here more children are there, so many aged people are living in this area. Requesting you please take immediate action.

Note : i am trying to reach below two officials, but both the numbers are not reachable or they will not pick the call.
