I bought XUV 500 in March 2015 from GSP Motors Sohna Road.. I have 3 other cars as well and NEVER faced any problem with any of the dealer.. GSP is the worst dealership I have ever seen. Their Manager Mr. Amit is not at all helpful. They are more interested booking a car and after that you have to follow up with them for each and everything.. They have charged Rs. 15000 for the number and after a month they have given me the number and in one month I called them around 15 times.. The same thing happened with the car registration, they have given me my registration in the month on June when I shouted on them and NOW THEY HAVE NOT YET GIVEN ME MY HIGH security NUMBER PLATE.. Every week I am calling them and they are not ready to listen.. Amit ( Manager ) is now not picking up the phone..
I worst dealers i have ever seen and I strongly recommend all the buyers not to go to GSP for the vehicle they are not customer friendly . Was this information helpful? |
