Gspc is supplying piped gas in many cities of Gujarat.they take rs 5000 as a refundable deposit for new gas connection but they are not paying any interest on the deposit.many utilities companies are paying interest and credit is given in bill every year.why gspc is not paying?authorities must take action.all service providers thinks they are obliging to consumers and so they are least bothered.
