Dear Sir, I had ordered an item online on 14th January, 2024 on Add me cart website and made payment of Rs. 6004. The details of the order are as below: Order No is [protected] - Payment method - Online thru Free Charge Payment Gateway. Till date the company has not shared any details on the delivery of a quality product. I have been regularly following up with the customer care number and thru emails but not getting any response. It appears that the company and its directors are involved in cheating customers and effecting daylight robberies of crores of rupees. I have seen so many complaints online against this e-commerce platform but surprising no action has been taken against the company or its directors and they continue to cheat customers. When I reviewed online I found that this company is continuously involved in cheating innocent customers. It is my humble request that appropriate action be taken against the website and their owners and enforce them to deliver my product as promised without any defects. Also my humble request is that Add Me Cart / GSWDD E Commerce private Ltd entity should be permanently banned from e-commerce business and their owners should be appropriately punished so that no innocent customers will be defrauded. Request you to take stringent action to save the innocent customers.
