Monthly Rent Not Paid by GTL
The Rent has been received up to September 2017, No Rent has been received from GTL infrastructure company from October 2017 to December 2018 of
Rs 1, 81, 500 ( one Lakh eighty one thousand Five Hundred).

Since there was no rent received for 15 Months from GTL infrastructure company, as per the clause 2-1 mention in the Agreement.
“if the Licensee fails to pay the Monthly rent for 3 Months consequently the Licensor shall entitlement to terminate the agreement”
The Agreement has expired on 31st December 2018.
As the company fail to pay the rent, we requested GTL infrastructure company in a Letter (Date # 27th June 2018 ) to dismantle the tower. Then we met Mr Aneesh in 2018 he informed us that it will be dismantle within a month, but it has been 4 years till date No Action has been Taken.

Property Tax Not Paid by GTL
We have received Notice from GHMC that Property Tax on 22 – April 2020 of the Tower by Chennai Network is due up to Rs 30027/- which we have made the Payment.
As per the agreement clause 4-9 it is clearly mentioned that Rates charges / cess Taxes / levied payable to Municipality due to installation of CMTE by the License on the Schedule premises.
Fully bond and will be paid by Licensee.

It is our Humble request to guide us the with the procedure to remove the tower as early as possible to avoid property Tax to be paid by the Licensor. Kindly confirm
If the company is not ready to pay the balance rent and Property Tax, then let us know a fair deal which we can accept to move this forward.

Our Main goal is to remove the tower and inform GHMC that tower has been removed no Property Tax has to be paid.
However please help us.
