I had given my silk kanjivaram saree for drycleaning to guardini galleria on 18th dec 2018. It was to be delivered on 23rd dec. Whem my driver went to take the delivery, they said it wasnt ready and would do home delivery for the same. So i couldnt wear it for the function on 25th dec. They delivered it on 26th at home but to my utter surprise when i opened it that saree wasn't mine. I called them up, they said they would look into the matter but i didn't hear from them at all. I went to the store again on 5th jan 2019 and spoke to their manager deepika who asked for 10 days time to resolve the issue. Today is 28 th jan and no news from them. Not even once i have got a call from them on this. Guardini charges a bomb for their dry cleaning services and see what they deliver. I am so damn disappointed on their careless attitude. Have been patient enough, it has been more than a month and they havent taken any action to resolve this. So much for customer service. They need to return my saree or pay for the damages.
