Hi,
I have booked a stay thought guest houser on jul 1st and the host has rejected the dates after my payment. Guest houser has promised me to give the money back within 7 working days. It has been months after the same and i am yet to get the amount credited. Also there is no response from the customer care, everytime they disconnect the call saying the person looking at the particular request is on leave. I am really disappointed with this travel sight though it offers better accomodation service than other sites.
Please look into this on priority and get it resolved asap.
