I regret purchasing a car from One of the dealers of Tata Motors, i.e. Gugnani Motors at Cuttack Bhubaneswar highway. I purchased Tata Tiago AMT last year around July. After making all necessary documentations and payment, and getting the DO from the finance company even, the dealer didn't deliver the car, and after lot of harassment when my brother called them, they delivered the car on 25th July 2022 that to with dent on the side door. They just wanted me to receive it. But my brother helped me and they kept the car for 15 more days and changed the door with some other car. I'm attaching some images for your reference. The balloons and all were just made after we insisted. I just want to know is this the way one should spend in lakhs and then suffer. And that's not over there. When my husband took the car for the 1st service, they usually book for the same. But they said there was no place for parking and my husband was asked to park the car on the road, he did the same and while going to the office he notice there was a ox fight and the left mirror was broken with some dents on left and right side. The dealer people said we have to pay for that as insurance claim will take more than a week. We paid around 5000 INR and got it done.
Again in the 3rd service, they just gave me some useless reason of making a bill of 5000 INR and when I checked the left rear wheel cap was missing and the car was showing an extra distance covered of around 30 kms. When I gave the car it was 244 kms to be covered and the car was picked up from a distance of 15 kms approx, When I received it, it was showing 178 kms. Even if I take it as 30 kms for pick and drop, I don't know where this 36 kms was driven to. Or is it during service. Even after 24 hours they are unable to give me the explanation of the extra 36 kms.
Since last 13-14 months, I am being constantly harassed by this dealer. Kindly look into this matter. Was this information helpful? |
