Ma vatsalya card yojna is very useful to all and beneficial to people. But goverment is changing benefits by issuing gr and thus creating problem particularly private hospitals. Knee replacement if you want to do at private hospital you require certificate from civil surgeon of goverment hospital. Why pvt hospital are not efficient? Only critical bimaries can be done at pvt hospitals and ordinary bimaries is to be done at govt hospital. If this is case remove private hospitals from list and create mess at govt hospitals. Please rectify changes urgently.
