Gujarat University — Ccc examination fail result in practical

I am rukaiya durani. I am doing government job and i applied for ccc examination and i have done it. I got the results with 27 marks in theory and fail results with zero marks in practical. Its impossible to fail in ccc examination and its practical test.
I request higher authority to please do a recheck process for me. My exam number is GUB099693.
I guess may be it has a something technical issues behind my fail result. I gave my exam on 12th September 2021. Please give me proper update and please help me. [protected] is my contact details.
