Gujarat University — Delay in results and provisional degree

We are students of b. Sc., who have completed their final semester exams. Why did it take so much time in uploading the results? University should know that there are many students who are planning to go abroad and they are in so much shortage of time. It takes so much time in further obtaining provisional degree certificate and then filing the visas. Please take care that you do not delay the results so much. It is a very important and serious matter. Also, can't you reduce the amount of time taken in obtaining provisional degree? Already the results are so late and along with that, approximate time for getting the provisional is about 2 weeks. Please understand the shortage of time that the students face who plan on going abroad.
