Gujarat University — Difficulties while filling bsc nursing form

Respected sir,
I have allready filled up bsc nursing form on www.gujaratuniversity.org.in . But unfortunately in choice filling section bsc nursing college is not appear rather other colleges are there so how can I fill up and submit the form.
