Gujarat University — I was not responded by the clerk of gujrat university

Assalam o Alaikum!
Today when I call at clerical office of gujrat university for some information about my exams, somebody pick the call after saying hello she didn't say any word I'm still calling at that number but they are not responding.
Actually one month ago my result of BSc was announced but I failed all the exams, now again I took the admission for supplementary exams even my date sheet is here but due to some personal reasons I'm not able to give the exams
What if I give fill the exams form again with the students who are going to give exams this year(not with supplementary students)???
It will be alright or I have to wait first for the result of supplementary exams???
