Gujarat University — Its been more than a year and degree of bachelors in architecture not issued yet

I was persuing bachelors in architecture with specialization in interiors in batch 2010-15 from sardar vallabhbhai institute of technology. I gave final year examination in last year june and still havnt received the degree yet. Provisional certificate is not accepted everywhere especially out of india and we students are facing lot of trouble due to that. All the university people has to say is that it will come after one month since last 6 months.
