Gujarat University — Non receipt of M.com external updated marksheets

I have submitted my M.Com external mark sheets for change in my father name. In 1st semester it was printed correctly. however from second to fourth semester It has problem. so I applied for change/correction in mark sheet and submitted original mark sheets in Oct-2021 till today i am visiting the university and they are not answering how much time it will take. i believe it is long enough. more than 6 months have passed. they are not even replying properly. please do needful.

In 1st sem mark sheet it is properly printed. from 2nd sem onwards it is not.
