Gujarat University — Not give proper advice about WES .

I am Dr.Meghna Patel passed out B.D.S. in 2017 from Gujarat University. I applied for WES for Canada on[protected] .On date of[protected] I received mail from WES that Gujarat University can do creditional evaluation electronically But it doesn't done .I contacted with Gujarat University on call many times but they didn't reply. Than I went their than one lady on the department of marksheet section told me to contact number and mail address of VFX Direct Verify System which is not working .So please advise me what will I do and whom I contact?I contacted number which was not working and mailed on address this was replied.
